These terms cover your use of Foreanswer ("we", "us"), including foreanswer.com, app.foreanswer.com and the answer pages we host for you. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to them.
1. The service
We research the questions your buyers ask AI assistants, draft answer pages ("guides") from your public catalogue and the facts you give us, publish the guides you approve on a subdomain you point to us, and measure how AI assistants answer those questions.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Google and must keep that account secure.
- You must have the right to act for the business you add, and the right to point its subdomain to us.
- You're responsible for what members you invite do in your account.
3. Your content and approvals
- You own your facts, product information, brand and the guides we write for you. You give us a licence to use them to provide the service.
- Guides go live only after you approve them. You're responsible for checking that approved guides are accurate for your business.
- You won't ask us to publish anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights, including unsupported health or medical claims.
4. Measurement
AI assistants change and vary their answers. Our measurements report what the assistants said when we asked; they aren't a promise of future answers, rankings, traffic or sales.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page; taxes are added where required.
- Payments may be handled by a third-party reseller acting as merchant of record, whose checkout terms also apply to the payment.
- You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Refunds follow our refund policy.
6. Leaving
When you cancel, you can request an export of your guides (HTML and Markdown) with a redirect map. After your plan ends we stop serving your answer pages and delete your business data within 90 days, except what we must keep by law.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break into it, overload it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for businesses you don't represent. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it arose. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email account owners at least 14 days before it applies.
