A small roaster up against bigger names.

Le J' roasts specialty coffee and sells it, with matcha and tea, from its café in Da Lat and its online store. Its Vietnamese beans are its pride: named farms in Cau Dat and Lac Duong, unusual processes like carbonic washed and kefir-fermented Robusta.

Its buyers research before they order. More and more of them ask ChatGPT or Gemini where to buy exactly the coffee they want. In early October, on questions about Vietnamese specialty beans, AI named Le J' in only 1 of every 5 answers. The names buyers heard most were bigger roasters such as Building Coffee and Flusso, and the Shopee marketplace.
