14-day refund on your first payment
If Foreanswer isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions, no forms.
After that
- Cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.
- We don't refund partial months after the first 14 days.
- Guides already published stay yours; you can request an export when you cancel.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, tell us and we'll refund the mistaken charge in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
