How does the free audit work?
Sign in with Google and add your store's website. We read your site, find 20 questions your buyers ask AI about what you sell, and ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI each one. In 1–2 hours you get the full audit in your account and by email. It's free, needs no card, and covers one business per account.
What counts as a buyer question?
A question a real buyer asks AI before purchasing in your category, such as “best matcha for oat milk lattes under $40” or “Your Brand vs a big Kyoto brand for daily lattes”. We pick them from search demand and how people phrase questions to AI, matched to what you sell and where you can win. You approve the list and can swap any question.
How fast do Foreanswer pages go live?
First drafts are ready within days of your start. Each page goes live as soon as you approve it. Google usually indexes new pages within 1–3 weeks, and AI citations follow indexing.
What do I need to set up?
One DNS record that points a subdomain (for example info.yourbrand.com) to us. We walk you through it, or do it with you on a short call. No app, no theme edits, no store login. On the $399 plan, store-page edits happen only with your approval.
Who writes the pages, and can I change them?
Foreanswer drafts every page from your catalogue, your site and the facts you confirm, then runs checks: prices and specs must match your store, no invented claims, no rival names. You approve each page, or tell us what to change in plain words and we rewrite that part.
What do you measure, and how often?
Every buyer question is asked several times on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI each week (twice a week on the $399 plan). You see who AI names, your rank against every brand it mentions, and whether it cites your Foreanswer pages. Every number opens the exact answer behind it.
Can you guarantee AI will recommend us?
No one can honestly guarantee what an AI assistant says. What we guarantee is the work: researched questions, approved pages live on your subdomain, and weekly measurement you can verify answer by answer. If it isn't right for you, the 14-day refund applies.
Is there a contract? How do refunds work?
No contract. Plans renew monthly and you can cancel any time from your account; your plan runs to the end of the paid month. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, you get a full refund.
What happens to my pages if I leave?
They're yours. We export every page with a redirect map, so you can publish them on your own site. Your Foreanswer site stays up until the end of the paid month.
